During the course of the Recognition & Rewards programme, we will twice conduct a ‘culture barometer’. The aim of this Recognition & Rewards culture barometer is to gain insight to what extent the ambitions of the programme and associated behaviour are recognised, perceived and shared by academics in policy and day-to-day actions.
In this special edition of the Recognition & Rewards e-magazine, we discuss the results of the first culture barometer, including the link to the full report, a summary and interpretation of the results and reflective interviews with academics.

We also want to use the results of this questionnaire to learn and to gauge the progress being made in implementing the intended culture change. Where necessary, we can use the insights gained to adjust our methods to achieve change. Therefore we also wrote a summary and interpretation.
