The Dutch initiative ’Room for Everyone’s Talent’ – Maastricht University’s approach

Daphne Snackers, Programme manager on Recognition & Rewards at Maastricht University, was asked to write an article on the Dutch initiative ”Room for Everyone’s Talent”, while specifically focusing on Maastricht University’s approach to the national programme. The issue of Personal in Hochschule und Wissenschaft entwickeln – in which the article is published – is out now.

It is inspiring to read about the approach in Maastricht. And now several months on already, especially nice to see how quickly follow-up steps have been taken!
